There are sets of entrance doors located on the east, west, and north sides of Fifth Third Arena. Additional entrance doors are located through the third floor of the Richard E. Lindner Center. Please note, only east concourse gates will be open for women's games. Gates for all men's games open 90 minutes prior to tip. Gates for all women's games open 60 minutes prior to tip.
All bags will be searched upon entry into the facility. Except for items pertaining to medical conditions or child care, all bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases for binoculars or other items, fanny packs and large purses (larger than 10"by 10") are prohibited and banned in Fifth Third Arena.
Alcohol must be purchased inside Fifth Third Arena and will be sold until the 10 minute mark of the second half. Fans must be 21 to purchase beer and identification must be presented upon request. All other alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Box office locations open two hours prior to tip-off at the West windows of the Richard E. Lindner Center, located directly beside Fifth Third Arena. Children three (3) and under are not required to have a ticket for entrance into Fifth Third Arena for UC Athletics events if they sit on the lap of a ticket holder.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are permitted into Fifth Third Arena. Flash photography is not permitted at any time inside Fifth Third Arena. Video cameras are not permitted in Fifth Third Arena for men's or women's basketball games. There shall be no filming of pregame, in-game or postgame activities on cellphones, iPads, or any other electronic device.Note "Secondary use of any pictures, audio description, film, tape or drawing of the game are the exclusive rights of the NCAA".
A great variety of food items and Pepsi products are available from the concession stands located throughout Fifth Third Arena. All permanent stands accept credit and debit.
In case of evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Gate personnel and ushers will assist in directing fans to the appropriate location.
The Bearcats Fans First Center is located in the North Hallway of Fifth Third Arena, near the UCATS Club elevator. In addition to general customer support, fans can join the scholarship fund, purchase future game tickets, or ask about potential seat upgrades in this area. The Fans First Center opens 1.5 hours to tip-off and will remain open through the conclusion of half-time.
Emergency medical personnel are on duty at each athletics event. Medical personnel can be contacted during an event by notifying the nearest event staff member, usher, or security guard and informing them of the situation and location of the incident. The first aid center is located in the north hall on the fourth floor.
In the event of inclement weather (i.e. dangerous winds, tornado, electrical storm, etc.) all guests will be advised that it is in their best interest to seek shelter. Emergency instructions will be delivered via the public address system and the message boards when possible.
Found items may be turned over to any Fifth Third Arena Staff Member or Police Officer, or at the Public Safety Office in Edwards Three. Inquires about lost items should be directed to Fifth Third Arena Staff or Police Officers during the Event, or to the Public Safety Office at 513-556-4925, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at any time thereafter.
No Fans will be allowed on the court postgame
Patrons with disabilities should contact the UC Athletics Ticket Office so that their needs may be attended to effectively. Cash parking for patrons needing accessible parking is available in University Garage. A state-issued handicap pass is required.
For any problems or complaints during a home game, locate your nearest usher who will contact the appropriate University Personnel to resolve the matter.
Single speaker radios are allowed into the arena only if they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.
There is no re-entry at Fifth Third Arena.
Restrooms are located throughout the arena. Accessible facilities are located on the East and West concourses.

The UC Bookstore will be selling merchandise in the east and west concourses of Fifth Third Arena during men's home games. Merchandise will also be available for purchase during select women's basketball home games. Merchandise may also be purchased through the Cincinnati online store at www.shop.gobearcats.com.
The University of Cincinnati is committed to promoting a positive and safe environment at all home events. In accordance with NCAA and AMERICAN Athletic Conference rules, we ask that all fans act responsibly and courteously to those around you. Abusive language or disorderly conduct is unacceptable and unwelcome at UC. Any spectator who interferes with the game by coming onto the court or by throwing objects on the court at any time will be removed from the arena and subject to further sanctions which may include loss of future ticket privileges. Your cooperation is appreciated.

All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the UC Athletics Ticket Office.
6TH FLOOR HERSCHEDE LOUNGE
The 6th floor lounge, located high atop the Fifth Third Arena playing floor, offers a full cash bar and a selected appetizer menu. The Herschede Lounge opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off and remains open until the conclusion of the game.
5TH FLOOR RICHARD E. LINDNER DINING ROOM
The 5th floor will be open for UC vs. NC State (Nov. 12), UC vs. Nebraska (Dec. 28), and ALL conference games. The Richard E. Lindner Dining Room offers a full cash bar and a selected menu and is the ideal place to get ready for Bearcats basketball action. The 5th floor opens 90 minutes before tip-off and the food service is available until halftime. The dining room remains open for beverage service until the conclusion of the game. Due to limited availability and high demand, reservations are strongly recommended. Reservations can be placed by calling Aramark Dining Services at (513) 556-3135.
While the 5th floor will not be open to the public for select non-conference games, the dining room is available to UCATS members for private parties and group outings for these games. If you are interested in booking a private party, please contact Mary Beth Coil with Aramark at (513) 556-3135.

A photo ID is required for all will call pickups. We also recommend that you bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets.
