Gates open 90 minutes prior to tip off.

How can I get something on the video board?
All video slides/ads are pre-recorded. Please contact the Department of Athletics Marketing office at 513-556-8262 one week prior to the game you would like something displayed. There is a $75.00 donation fee that goes toward the Future Bearcats program.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my infant/child, even though he/she will not occupy a seat?
All children above the age of three must have a ticket for admission to Fifth Third Arena.
I want to improve my season ticket seat location. How does the upgrade process work?
All upgrades are based on your UCATS annual giving level, Priority Points total, and availability. Unfortunately, not all requests can be honored. Be specific on your request. Mention the desired location, section, or row. Also, include several options for your desired location, section, or row. Also, include several options for your desired seat changes. Upgrade requests should be made in writing and submitted with your season ticket application (not your UCATS membership application).
When are season ticket and parking passes mailed?
Basketball season tickets are mailed in the middle of October. Parking passes are mailed under separate cover from season tickets.
