  • Women's basketball plays their only exhibition game on Saturday, when they host Northern Kentucky. The game is at 7:00 p.m. ET at Fifth Third Arena. The team returns sophomores, Kayla Cook and Jeanise Randolph, whom finished last season on the BIG EAST All-Freshman Team. The Bearcats are picked to finish 15th in the BIG EAST preseason poll.

The Bearcats welcome Marquette on Saturday and Syracuse on Sunday. Both games are set for 2:00 p.m. ET at Fifth Third Arena. The games are part of volleyball's social media weekend. Fans are encouraged to go Facebook and print off a coupon that will get them into either game for just $11. On Sunday, the first 100 fans in the door will receive a white UC shirt; all fans are encouraged to wear white for the game, which is tapped for a White Out.
  • After a week off, the football team travels to Pittsburgh, Pa. to battle the Pittsburgh Panthers at Heinz Field. The Bearcats, who are ranked No. 22/23 in the country, look to stay undefeated in the BIG EAST, when they battle the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. ET.
