Brad Okel joined the Bearcats Athletics Staff in April of 2012 and currently serves as the associate director of development for leadership gifts. His responsibilities include cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of leadership gifts for the department. He also manages the athletics endowment program.
Before his employment at the University of Cincinnati, Brad was an account executive at the Eisen Agency from 2009-2011. He also served as an intern for the UCATS Customer Service department from 2011-2012, worked for the Bearcats Sports Marketing team and interned with Pro Camps Ltd. from 2008-2009.
Outside of UC, Brad's activities include volunteering at various sports camps over the summer. His honors include being a finalist in Kohler "Save Water America" campaign, in UC's Public Relations Student Society of America in 2010.
After spending three years at Miami University - Hamilton, where he was a member of the golf team, he transferred and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2010 with a B.S. in Communication. He then received his master's in sports administration from Xavier University in May 2012. Okel and his wife Brittany reside in Sycamore Township.
