Matt Crone joined the Bearcat Athletics Staff in September 2011 and serves as the assistant director of development. His primary responsibilities include assisting with the annual membership campaign with the specific duties of coordinating all aspects of the Bearcat Fan Advantage program.

He previously served as program director of the University of Cincinnati Alumni Association from 2008-2011 and worked at CB Richard Ellis from 2006-2008.

Crone earned his bachelor's degree in marketing and operations management from the University of Cincinnati in 2006.
