Brian DeCarlo

Brian joined the Office of Compliance at UC in 2011. As the assistant director of compliance he currently oversees all day-to-day compliance aspects for baseball, football, men's and women's golf and tennis. Brian also oversees the JumpForward online database that is utilized by the entire athletics department as well as camps and clinics and donation requests. He is also responsible for researching case precedence on LSDBi, completing student-athlete certifications and handling camps and clinics for UC athletics.
Prior to joining the Bearcats' compliance staff as a full-time staff member, Brian interned in the UC compliance office and served as a volunteer baseball coach as well as assisted with facilities at Northern Kentucky University. During his tenure at NKU, DeCarlo helped coach the team to its third Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Tournament Championship (2009), a second place finish in the GLVC Tournament (2011), a 120-60 record in three seasons, as well as an NCAA Regional Tournament appearance after each season.
During the summer of 2011 and 2012, DeCarlo coached a local youth baseball team that won multiple regional tournaments.
Brian is a former baseball student-athlete at Northern Kentucky University where he earned his bachelor of arts degree in recreational fitness in 2009. As a utility player, he helped the team win two GLVC Tournament Championships and advance to the NCAA Regional Tournament (2006, 2008).
A member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC), Brian completed his master of education in sport administration from Xavier University in August 2011.
