Lindsey Delscamp is now senior director of ticket operations after more than four years as assistant manager of customer service and operations and one year as director of ticket operations in the ticket office within the UC athletics department.
In her current position Delscamp is responsible for all facets of the athletics ticket office. She supervises the ticket office staff and is the system administrator for the Paciolan ticket software that coordinates all UC online sales. She has also provided input on pricing structures and packages for both football and men's basketball to attract new customers.
As the assistant manager of customer service and operations at UC Delscamp served as the primary customer service manager and point of contact for customer needs. She managed accounts, reconciled events and completed deposits. During her time at UC Delscamp has participated in the sales and operations for both the 2009 FedEx Orange Bowl and the 2010 All State Sugar Bowl. She also oversaw the ticket office student staff and trained and managed all event staff. She has worked closely with the marketing and the development offices in relation to season tickets to help increase UC's donor base and ticket sales.
Prior to UC, Delscamp was the assistant director of ticket operations at within the Bradley athletics department. She managed the daily operations of the ticket office and supervised event ticket sales for soccer, volleyball and basketball. Delscamp also promoted and marketed the sales of regular season and mini season ticket packages.
A native of Middletown, Ohio, Delscamp earned her bachelors of arts degree in Sport Management from Bluffton University in 2005 and a master's degree in sport administration from Xavier University in 2006.
