Dianna Rafferty joined the Bearcats Athletics Staff in May of 2012 and currently serves as the associate director of development for leadership gifts. Her responsibilities include cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of leadership gifts for the department. She also manages the athletics planned giving program.
Rafferty comes to UC after serving as a development assistant at her alma mater of University of Tennessee. In this role, her responsibilities included assisting in the day-to-day management and stewardship of current Tennessee Fund donors, growing the annual fund and providing support to the planned giving and endowments. Rafferty also held internships in the University of Cincinnati UCATS department and the Cincinnati Reds Community Fund.
The Fort Thomas, Ky. native graduated from Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in sports management in December 2010, where she was also a member of the Volunteers' cheerleading squad. She earned her master's degree in sport studies from UT in December 2011.
