    Siler was hired in 2010 as the coordinator of athletic facilities after serving three years as a graduate assistant and intern for athletics facilities and event mangement. He is the liason to the campus and outside agencies, promoters and opponents. He makes recommendations for facility improvements and repairs, assists with the development of custodial services and monitors FieldTurf maintenance.

    Prior to his arrival at UC, Siler was a volunteer assistant baseball coach for the Midland Indians and a student supervisor of intramural sports at Mount St. Joseph.

    Siler earned his bachlers degree in physical education from the College of Mount St. Joseph and went on to pursue his masters in criminal justice from UC.
