University of Cincinnati Speakers Bureau

In support of the overall mission of the University and UC's Athletics "TOGETHER" element of our CATAPULT vision plan, the University of Cincinnati's Athletics Speakers Bureau, has been developed as a community outreach program in order to inform and heighten awareness of the many facets of the Division I athletics.

Our speakers are available for your group's next meeting to discuss not only specific intercollegiate athletic programs, but the many 'behind-the-scenes' aspects of a Division I program such as academic services, marketing, compliance, etc.

Here's how to reserve a speaker

1. Review our staff bios and choose a speaker that would best fit your group's needs:

 

2. Fill out the Speakers Bureau Request Form online.

3. UC Athletics will contact the speaker. If available, the speaker will then be provided your phone number to discuss the engagement directly with your group.

Important Notes:

  • Please begin the process at least eight weeks prior to the event for best results in getting your desired speaker.
  • Within one week of the request form being returned to UC Athletics, we will contact your group to confirm the speaker and other arrangements.
  • UC Athletics requires that each event organizer provide UC Athletics with an electronic database of all attendees to the event. Additionally, UC Athletics support personnel will accompany the speaker and will distribute UC related marketing materials to the participants.
