PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Four members of the University of Cincinnati men’s and women’s diving teams will compete at the BIG EAST Conference diving championships starting on Friday at Trees Pool on the University of Pittsburgh campus.

Bearcats freshmen Bill Magill (Perrysburg, Ohio/St. John's) and Ryan Slavik will dive for the men’s team.

Sophomore Jenni Williamson (Cincinnati, Ohio/Sycamore) and freshman Kaydee Miller (Kettering, Ohio/Fairmont) will represent the UC women’s team, but neither of the two is registered as one of the team’s 18 scoring-eligible participants.

Action will begin at noon on Friday with the preliminary round of the women’s 3-meter dive and the men’s 1-meter dive. The consolation rounds of each event will take place approximately 15-20 minutes following the conclusion of the prelims.

The women’s 3-meter finals are set to being at 6 p.m. Friday, followed by the men’s 1-meter finals at 7 p.m.

Saturday’s schedule will begin at noon, starting with the preliminaries of the women’s one-meter dive and the men’s three-meter. The consolation rounds of each event will be approximately 15-20 minutes following the conclusion of the prelims.

The finals of the men’s 3-meter dive will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, and followed by the final round of the women’s 1-meter dive.
