2009: Clocked a time of 4:19.23 in the mile at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships.

2008: Finished 55th at the Great Lakes Cross Country Regional running a time of 32:38 ... ran an 8K PR with a time of 25:07 at the Pre-Nationals Cross Country meet ... one of three captains on the cross country team.

2007: Finished eighth in the 3,000 steeplechase at the BIG EAST Championships in a personal-best 9:13.02 ... was a fourth-place finisher in the steeple at the All-Ohio Championships (9:17.67) ... ran 15:12.51 in the 5,000 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational.

2006: Competed in 3,000 steeplechase ... ran a season-best 9:35.22, finishing sixth, at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... was a ninth-place finisher in the 3,000 steeple at the All-Ohio Championships, running a 10:04.70.

High School: Finished 11th in the state in the 800 meters with a personal best of 1:56.29 ... all-state selection in cross country as a junior ... two-time all-conference selection in track and field and cross country ... three-time all-state in track and field ... academic all-Ohio selection final three years in both cross country and track and field.

Personal: Born May 21, 1986 ... son of Daniel and Elizabeth King ... also competes on UC's cross country team ... twin brother, Randy, is a member of UC track and field and cross country teams.
