First rounds of competition of national championship event take place in Jacksonville, Fla.

QUICK NOTES: Returns for one outdoor season after earning American Athletic All-Conference honors last year in both the pole vault (indoor) and as a member of the 4x400m relay (outdoors)... ranks eighth all-time on the school’s indoor pole vault chart and is a member of the school record 4x400m relay.

2015-16 SEASONS
2016 OUT (JR*): Emerged as one of the top 400m runners on the team, placing ninth in the American Athletic Conference Championships in the open quarter before helping the 4x400m relay team to runner-up honors… the relay team ran 3:08.13 at the conference meet to break the school record and qualify to the NCAA East Preliminary meet for the first time in five years… also competed in the pole vault three times before an injury kept him off the runway… posted a best of 4.81m (15-09.25) to place third at the Lyle/Wood Invitational in Louisville… capped the year earning American Athletic Conference All-Academic honors.
2016 IN (SR): Scored in three events at the American Athletic Conference Championships, including third in the pole vault with a lifetime best clearance of 5.07m (16-07.50)… that all-conference performance ranks eighth all-time in program history… also finished eighth in the 400m dash, running 48.79 in the finals… helped the 4x400m relay team to a fifth-place showing as well… posted two other Top 5 finishes in the pole vault, including taking fifth place in the invitational section of the Armory Track Invitational in New York.

2014-15 SEASONS
2015 OUT (JR): Redshirted.
2015 IN (JR): Finished a season-best 11th at the Kentucky Invitational with his season-best 4.60m (15-01.00) clearance… helped the 4x400m relay team to a fourth-place finish to open the year at the Hoosier Open.

2013-14 SEASONS
2014 OUT (SO): Cleared an outdoor-best 4.85m (15-11.00) at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational… finished 10th in the pole vault at the American Conference Outdoor Championships while helping the 4x400m relay to a sixth-place finish… garnered a fourth-place finish in the 4x400m at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships… member of three 4x400m relay teams to claim a Top 8 finish.
2014 IN (SO): Scored team points in three events, including a seventh-place showing in the pole vault… also was on the 4x400m (fifth) and distance medley (sixth) relays… cleared a career-best 4.92m (16-01.75) at the Rod McCravy Invitational… ran the 400m once individually, clocking in at 50.40 at the Hoosier Hills meet.

2012-13 SEASONS
2013 OUT (FR): Took 10th at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational… also ran on the 4x100m relay team that was fifth in the same meet (43.92).
2013 IN (FR): Finished second at the UC-Miami Dual with a season-best clearance of 4.58m (15-00.25)… cleared 4.40m (14-05.25) at the Kentucky Invitational to open his collegiate career.
