The University of Cincinnati track & field programs hit the road again this weekend for another high-caliber meet in the Armory Collegiate Invitational in New York City.

The meet will be held at the New Balance Track and Field Center at the Armory. The Olympic caliber track hosts over 100 meets a year for athletes of all ages. This year’s event is expected to draw competitors from more than 100 universities and colleges. Rutgers, Temple and USF are the other American Athletic Conference teams that will join UC in taking the A train to The Armory.

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has named the competition National Meet of the Week. This is the second time this season that Cincinnati has competed at the National Meet of the Week. The previous meet was the Rod McCravy Invitational on Jan. 24-25.
