UC’s men’s and women’s outdoor track & field teams will head to Tampa this weekend for the South Florida Collegiate, a unique tri-meet that will pit the Bearcats against USF and the University of Houston. The meet will take place at the USF Track & Field Stadium.

“We are excited about competing at USF's excellent facility and we anticipate great performances because of the warmer weather conditions,” said UC women’s head coach Susan Seaton. “Our teams are fired up to battle for the team titles against conference foe South Florida and future conference opponent Houston.”

Heat sheets and meet schedule for the USF Collegiate will be released Friday morning.

In addition to the USF Collegiate, another squad of UC men’s track & field student-athletes will take part in the Miami University Invitational in Oxford on Friday and Saturday.
