LEXINGTON, Va. - The University of Cincinnati men's and women's cross country teams opened their 2006 season with wins at the Virginia Horse Center this afternoon on the campus of the Virginia Military Institute.

The Bearcats showed superior depth, topping both Radford and host VMI, as seven of each of UC's men and women finished in the top 13 or their respective races.
