  • Three-year starter on the Bearcat teams of the late 1960s.
  • Led the team in both scoring and rebounding in each of his three seasons, a feat accomplished by only one other player, Oscar Robertson.
  • Team MVP as a sophomore.
  • Two-time All-Missouri Valley Conference selection.
  • Averaged a double-double for his career (15.8 points, 12.4 rebounds) and finished with 1,196 career points.
  • Taken in the first round by Los Angeles in the 1969 NBA draft and played in the pro ranks for 13 seasons.
  • UC Athletic Hall of Fame 1997.
