2014 Season (Sophomore): Appeared in 41 games with 37 starts ... finished with a .244 batting average ... recorded 32 hits, seven doubles, 10 RBIs and eight runs scored ... had seven putouts in the finale against Louisville (5/16) ... had a hit and an RBI in a win at Army (5/3) ...recorded a season-high eight putouts against Rutgers (4/19) ... rode a six-game hitting streak from April 11 until April 19 ... had a season-high eight putouts and two hits at home versus USF (3/30) ... tied a career-high with two runs scored with three hits and two RBIs in a 13-5 rout over Dayton (3/11) ... collected three hits against No. 22 Kentucky (3/5) ... knocked a career-high four hits against Missouri (2/23) with one double, one RBI and one run scored.
2013 Season (Freshman):Made 27 appearances with 20 starts ... played the majority of the season as catcher ... finished with a .224 batting average, a .316 slugging percentage and a .250 on base percentage ... led the team with a 1.000 fielding percentage and did not commit an error on the season ... threw out seven runners ... was 2-for-4 with a double at Pittsburgh (4/27) ... recorded a career-high three hits with a career-high three RBIs and two runs scored against Wright State (4/10) ... captured his first career hit versus Toledo (4/3).
High School: A four-year letterwinner at Pine-Richland High School ... started every game all four years ... received all-sectional accolades sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... named a Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League Class AAAA All-Star and a 2012 Rawlings All-Atlantic Region Second Team member his senior year after hitting .390 with one home run, five doubles and 23 RBIs ... earned 2011 and 2010 Underclass All-America honorable mentions from Perfect Game ... helped Rams win a district championship and finish third in the state as a sophomore ... hit .330 junior season, .450 sophomore year and .350 as a freshman.
