2010 Season (Senior): Selected in the 42nd round of the 2010 MLB Draft by the Texas Rangers ... played in all 58 games for Cincinnati either at first base or on the mound ... hit .258 with nine home runs and 35 RBI ... tied for the team lead in doubles with 14, and his nine home runs and 35 RBI ranked second on the team ... ranked among BIG EAST leaders in sacrifice flies (6) ... upped his averaged 14 points in the final two weeks of the season with a six-game hitting streak, which included three multi-hit games ... had 12 multi-hit performances on the season and 10 multi-RBI games, including two three-RBI games against USF (4/3) and Georgetown (5/20) ... the three RBI against Georgetown came on a walk-off, three-run home run to clinch Cincinnati's spot in the BIG EAST Championships ... made 11 appearances on the mound, including six starts ... finished 1-2 overall and struck out 22 in 31.1 innings and owned an ERA of 3.73.

2009 Season (Junior): Drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 38th round of the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft ... played in 21 games, splitting time between pitching and first base ... hit .207 with two RBI ... made 11 appearances on the mound, including seven starts ... finished with a 3-3 record and earned first win of the season against Bradley (3/7) after completing 6.0 shutout innings with four strikeouts ... struck out a career-high seven batters en route to second win of the season versus Miami (OH) (3/24).

2008 Summer: Played for the St. Cloud Riverbats in the Northwoods League ... claimed Rawlings Finest in Field Award with a .991 fielding percentage at first base for the Riverbats ... finished the summer with a .313 average, five home runs, and 34 RBI.

2008 Season (Sophomore): Started 59 games ... hit .249 for the year with seven home runs and 34 RBI ... had 13 multi-hit games and 10 multi-RBI games ... had two four-hit games versus Chicago State (3/2) and Georgetown (4/20) ... made five appearances as a pitcher, including four starts ... won three straight starts at Butler (4/16), vs. Morehead State (4/23), and vs. Mount St. Joseph (5/16) ... pitched 17.1 innings, struck out 10 batters and walked just five ... finished the season with a 3.63 ERA.

Summer 2007: Played for the Stark County Terriers of the Great Lakes League ... played in all-star game as a two-way player ... batted .404 in 21 games with three doubles, one triple and five RBI ... made nine pitching appearances, going 0-3 with a 3.63 ERA ... struck out 13 in 17.1 innings and held opponents to .200 batting average.

2007 Season (Freshman): Played in 20 games as a hitter (11 starts) and made nine appearances out of the bullpen ... earned all 11 starts in the month of May, earning eight hits and eight RBI during the stretch ... made big splash during first career start vs. Morehead State (5/2), going 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI ... had three hits, including a pair of doubles, and two RBI in win over Miami (OH) on May 16 ... threw 10.1 innings out of the bullpen, striking out 11 ... turned in sparkling 3.1 perfect innings of relief with three strikeouts vs. Villanova (4/29) ... struck out career-high four in two innings against Butler (4/25).

High School: A two-time all-state selection, earnining first-team honors as a senior at Willard High ... earned first-team all-conference selections all four years ... named a preseason all-American prior to senior year ... earned a pair of first-team all-district awards ... played in the district and Mizuno All-Star Games following senior season ... held a career average of .412 with 14 home runs and 109 RBI ... helped team to a district title and a regional runner-up during senior campaign ... was also a two-time all-conference and all-district selection in basketball.
