The University of Cincinnati Athletics Department would like to invite fans to come to Marge Schott Stadium this weekend for the last UC Baseball series of the regular season against the University of Connecticut Huskies.
First pitch on Thursday against UConn is at 6:30p.m. Fans are invited to come meet Lucy the Bearcat from the Cincinnati Zoo, who will be on the concourse during the game.
On Friday, game time is also set for 6:30 p.m. and UC fans are encouraged to arrive early to see Team Fastrax from Start Skydiving jump into the stadium. Join the Cincinnati Bearcats as they pay tribute to members of the United States Armed Forces at the game on Friday. All current and past military members, along with their families and friends, are invited to the game for just $1 per person. Simply bring your military ID to the baseball ticket office for your discount.
In addition, UC's very own Army and Air Force ROTC will be in attendance at the game providing fans with giveaways and the opportunity to make customized ID tag. Fans can also enjoy special giveaways throughout the game from GameWorks and Sterling McMillian.
For the Bearcats final regular-season game on Saturday, first pitch is set for 1:00p.m. Senior UC Baseball players will be recognized before the game for their commitment to the program and hard work throughout the years. Lucy the Bearcat from the Cincinnati Zoo will be on the concourse for fans to meet and $1 hot dogs will available all day. Children 13 and under are welcome to come down to the field postgame and run the bases.
