Matt Williams (Mason, Ohio/Cincinnati Hills Christian) and Ethan McAlpine (Cincinnati, Ohio/Moeller) were each selected for the GLSCL All-Star game. The league’s mid-summer classic was played on July 10 at Western Hills High School in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Williams, a junior infielder, plays for the Cincinnati Steam and earned his second consecutive GLSCL all-star selection. He is hitting .274 (23-for-84) with 14 runs scored and 11 stolen bases. During a five game stretch in June, Williams went 11-for-25 hitting for a .440 batting average.
