·         Cincinnati leads the all-time series 29-14

·         UC has won 27 of the last 33 match-ups.




·         UC allowed DePaul to start quickly, as the Blue Demons opened the game with a 15-4 run in the first five minutes. All 15 points came on 3-pointers as DePaul connected on five of its first six 3-point attempts.


·         The Blue Demons' nine treys in the first half equaled their third-highest single-game total of the year. They finished the game 13-of-26 from behind the arc.


·         Senior forward John Williamson, playing in his last regular-season game in Fifth Third Arena, kept the Bearcats in the game in the first half, scoring 11 points in the first 20 minutes.  Williamson finished the contest with a team-high 19 points.


·         Cincinnati managed to outscore DePaul 26-10 on points scored in the paint.  UC's offensive rebounding allowed the home side to claim a 19-7 advantage in second chance points.


·         After going up 48-45 on a John Williamson tip-in at 8:28 of the second half, did not score another basket until there was 1:02 left on the clock, when Jamual Warren's layup made the score 56-51.
