Game On: UC Men's Basketball will face Georgetown Tonight The Bearcats will take on the Hoyas at 7:30 p.m. in Fifth Third Arena
CINCINNATI - Tonight's University of Cincinnati men's basketball game vs. No. 25/23 Georgetown will be played as scheduled at 7:30 p.m. in Fifth Third Arena.
With a Level 2 Snow Emergency still in place, the University advises fans planning on attending the game to allow extra travel time and use caution on the roads. The doors of Fifth Third Arena open at 6 p.m.
Fans holding purchased tickets for tonight's game who are unable to attend can exchange their unused Georgetown tickets for seats to either upcoming game vs. St. John's (Feb. 11) or Seton Hall (March 7). You can exchange the original tickets by mail or bring them to the UC Athletics Ticket Office windows at the Richard E. Linder Athletics Center. Tickets need to be returned at least a week in advance to receive new tickets in the mail, otherwise, they will be held in will call. The UC Athletics Ticket office will accept exchanges while supplies last.
All University of Cincinnati students will be admitted in for free with a valid UC student ID.
The game will be broadcast on 700 WLW, starting with the pregame show at 7 p.m. Long-time voice of the Bearcats Dan Hoard will call the play-by-play with Chuck Machock providing color analysis.
The Bearcats (13-7; 3-4 BIG EAST), who are tied for ninth in the BIG EAST with Georgetown and a half game ahead of No. rv/22 Notre Dame, have won two of their last three games, both on the road.
While the game will be played, the university campus remains closed and all other evening activities and classes remain cancelled.
