Cincinnati Storylines
-The senior class of Alex Eppensteiner, Cheikh Mbodj (joined team beginning with the 2011-12 season), JaQuon Parker and Cashmere Wright has totaled 91 wins, 38 BIG EAST Conference victories, three 20-win seasons (2010-2012), currently two NCAA Championship appearances (2011-12), an NCAA Sweet 16 appearance (2012) and a BIG EAST Championship runner-up finish (2012) during the past four seasons.
-Sean Kilpatrick was named to the BIG EAST Conference honor roll on Monday after posting a team-high 20 points on 7 of 16 shooting to go with four three-pointers, five rebounds, three assists and three steals in UC's 61-56 home win over Connecticut last Saturday.
-Kilpatrick has been honored by the league seven times with two player of the week awards and five weekly honor roll selections. Only three other players in the BIG EAST  have earned as many as seven honors from the league: Shabazz Napier (Connecticut), Russ Smith (Louisville) and Otto Porter (Georgetown).
-Sean Kilpatrick's 524 points this season rank as the third most in a season during the Mick Cronin era. Kilpatrick scored 528 points last season as a sophomore. Deonta Vaughn netted 554 points during the 2007-08 campaign.
-Kilpatrick needs 21 points for 1,400 in his career. He would become only the 11th player in school history to amass 1,400 points in only three seasons as a Bearcat.
-Cashmere Wright is the only player in school history to total at least 1,200 points, 450 assists and 190 steals. He ranks as the school's leader in career steals (193), is tied for second in games played (135), third in career assists (468), third in career starts (110) and 25th in scoring (1,267) entering Saturday.
-UC opponents are scoring 11.18 points below their average this season when playing the Bearcats.

Scouting USF
-USF comes to Fifth Third Arena on Saturday having won back-to-back games after a 65-51 home win over Connecticut on Wednesday. The Bulls defeated DePaul 83-73 at home on March 3 to snap a 10-game conference losing streak. USF's other league win came at home over Georgetown 61-58 on Jan. 19.
-Junior forward Victor Rudd leads the Bulls in points (12.0) and rebounds (7.1). Senior forward Taorlyn Fitzpatrick also averages double figures in scoring at 10.3 points and ranks second in rebounding at 5.2 per contest.
-Entering play Wednesday, sophomore guard Anthony Collins ranked second in the BIG EAST in assists (6.19), fourth in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.35) and sixth in minutes played (35.48).
