Six Men's Basketball BIG EAST Games on Fox Sports Ohio

2012-13 UC Men's Basketball Schedule

CINCINNATI – Fox Sports Ohio, as an affiliate of the BIG EAST Network, will televise six University of Cincinnati men’s basketball BIG EAST Conference games during the 2012-13 season the league announced Tuesday.

FSO will televise UC contests: at Rutgers (Jan. 12, 8 p.m. ET), at DePaul (Jan. 15, 8:30 p.m.), Rutgers (Jan. 30, 7 p.m.), at Providence (Feb. 6, 7 p.m.), Villanova (Feb. 12, 8 p.m.) and the regular-season finale at home against USF (Mar. 9, 4 p.m.).

The Cincinnati-Connecticut game at Fifth Third Arena (Mar. 2, 2 p.m.) has been selected as the BIG EAST Game of the Week and will be televised locally as part of the BIG EAST Network.

The league previously announced 11 UC BIG EAST games to be televised nationally: at Pittsburgh (Dec. 31, ESPN2, Noon ET), St. John’s (Jan. 5, ESPNU, 4 p.m.), Notre Dame (Jan. 7, ESPN2, 7 p.m.), Marquette (Jan. 19, ESPNU, 5 p.m.), at Syracuse (Jan. 21, ESPN, 3:30 p.m.), at Seton Hall (Feb. 2, ESPNU, 11 a.m.), Pittsburgh (Feb. 9, ESPN or ESPN 2, 6 or 9 p.m.), Georgetown (Feb. 15, ESPN, 9 p.m.), at Connecticut (Feb. 21, ESPN or ESPN 2, 7 p.m.), at Notre Dame (Feb. 24, CBS, 2 p.m.), and at Louisville (Mar. 4, ESPN, 7 p.m.).  

Game times for several UC nonconference contests are yet to be announced.
