CINCINNATI - With the Bearcats men's and women's basketball teams moving into their second week of practice, the University of Cincinnati Athletics Department has announced ticket plans that will make attending games live at Fifth Third Arena this season attractive. Among the offerings are two mini plans that are priced at $100, making them some of the most affordable in the nation.
For fans looking to attend weekend basketball games, they should look no further than the Weekend Warrior Mini-Plan. This plan showcases all weekend Men's Basketball BIG EAST Conference games (against Notre Dame [Jan. 16], Providence [Jan. 30], Syracuse [Feb. 7], and Marquette [Feb. 21]). Special halftime entertainment will be featured at each game making the package a natural for families or groups that have kids in the mix.
The BIG EAST Beast Plan ($100 per seat) asks fans to help the Bearcats make a push to Madison Square Garden and the BIG EAST Championship Tournament. The package includes Men's games against Pittsburgh [Jan. 4], USF [Jan. 20], DePaul [Feb. 24], and the regular-season home finale vs. preseason league favorite Villanova [March 2]).
Season Tickets for Cincinnati men's basketball start at $150 (BEARCATS LAIR) for 18 exciting home games, starting on Nov. 5 when Mick Cronin's fourth edition Bearcats take to the hardwood against Saginaw Valley State in exhibition action. Tipoff time is set for 7:30 p.m. The Bearcats' men's basketball team opens the regular season on Monday, Nov. 16 when it takes on Prairie View A&M, also at 7:30 p.m.

Season tickets for UC women's basketball season are priced at $45, and give the chance to see the incredible women's basketball live as the BIG EAST schedule this year includes games with some of the finest teams in the nation.

era of Cincinnati women's basketball commences on Monday, Nov. 9 when the Bearcats entertain Kentucky Wesleyan at 7 p.m. in an exhibition. VIP Courtside Seats are SOLD OUT for the 2009-10 season, but fans who are interested in these seats for the future may place their name on a waiting list by contacting the UC Athletics Ticket Office at 1-877-CATS-TIX.
Fans can also get in on the ground floor of a new program with the UC Women's Basketball Pride Program, which provides a general admission season ticket, invitations to post game events in the UCATS Club, a commemorative 2009-10 women's basketball T-shirt, a commemorative adidas lanyard, invitations to business networking events throughout the year, and an opportunity to participate in a community service project with the Bearcats coaching staff and players.
The UC Women's Basketball team will open its regular season against Furman on Sunday, Nov. 15.
