Cincinnati Game Notes
The University of Cincinnati (3-2) concludes its season-opening six-game homestand by playing host to Miami (Ohio) on Tuesday. The game tips at 7 p.m. and will be televised by FOX Sports Ohio.
The Bearcats dropped a 73-69 overtime decision to Marshall on Friday. UC sophomore Sean Kilpatrick tied his season high with 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting from the field with a trio of three-pointers to lead the Bearcats. Senior Yancy Gates had 17 points and seven rebounds while senior Dion Dixon added 12 points. Junior Cashmere Wright handed out a season-high 10 assists.
The RedHawks (2-2) are coming off a 64-57 loss at Southeast Missouri State on Saturday. Julian Mavunga scored a game-high 27 points on 9-of-19 shooting from the field and 9-of-11 shooting from the foul line. Jon Harris added 12 points.
UC owns a 94-53 lead in the all-time series with Miami (Ohio), including a 63-18 mark in Cincinnati.
The Bearcats play their first road game of the season at Georgia on Friday.

-Cincinnati has played more games against Miami (Ohio) than any other opponent in school history (147 games).
-Cincinnati led the BIG EAST Conference, allowing 59.6 points per game in 2010-11. The Bearcats are allowing 54.2 points through fi ve games this season.
