High School:
First team all-state selection by the Associated Press as a senior at Bishop Watterson High, playing for coach Mike Golden. . . started on both sides of the ball, making 52 tackles with one quarterback sack on defense. . . named to the all-league, all-metro and all-district squads, helping team to a 13-2 record and a second place finish in the state playoffs. . . lettered three times in football.
