Leaving his mark on the UC career records lists as he closes his four-year career as the Bearcats' punter...could reach the record for career punts (236) and punting yards (9,244)...has a 39.1 career average...39.0 average after seven games with nine punts inside the 20...punted seven times for a 42.4 average vs. Connecticut...had a 40.6 average on seven punts vs. Louisville, including a career-long 65 yarder.

Focusing solely on punting, he improved his average to 41.2 yards, fifth-best in C-USA...C-USA Special Teams Player of the Week after punting seven times for a 44.3-yard average vs. TCU on Oct. 30...averaged 46.5 yards on eight punts vs. Ohio State...earned his third letter.

Intent was for him to focus on the kicking duties but he ended up as both the punter and kicker...one of the heroes of the win over West Virginia, kicking three field goals (44, 43 and 37 yards) and providing good field position by punting 10 times for a 42.5-yard average...punted seven times for a 41.6 average vs. Miami (Ohio)...had a 43.3-yard average on three punts vs. Louisville...finished with a 38.9-yard average...made seven of his first nine field goal tries and finished 10-of-17...earned his second letter.

Conference USA All-Freshman team selection after leading all freshmen punters in the league with a 38.0 average. . . punted 66 times for 2,511 yards with 14 downed inside the 20, four punts of 50 yards or better and only four touchbacks. . .punted four times for a career-best 42.8 average with three punts inside the 20 against North Texas in the New Orleans Bowl. . . averaged 42.2 yards on eight kicks at Hawai'i. . . set career-long with a 58-yard effort at Temple.

High School:
Second team all-state honoree as a punter by the Louisville Courier-Journal as a senior at Henry County High, playing for coach Mark Johnson. . . averaged 42.6 yards per kick in first year as punter. . . connected on eight-of-13 field goal attempts as a senior. . . named league special teams MVP as a senior. . . three-time all-district choice and team special teams MVP. . . four-year letterman in football, making 20 career field goals with a long of 53 yards. . . honorable mention all-state selection from the Courier-Journal as both a sophomore and junior. . . made six-of-10 attempts as a junior. . . nailed a 50-yard field goal to help lead Kentucky to a 31-14 win in the annual Kentucky-Florida All-Star game.
