Luke Goodwin joined the University of Cincinnati football staff in 2013.
He currently serves as the defensive quality control coach after a three-year stint as a defensive graduate assistant from 2013-15.
Goodwin assists the defensive staff in all facets of the program’s day-to-day operation, including practice planning and management, film breakdown and opponent scouting.
Goodwin came to UC after spending the 2012 season as a quality control assistant working with the defense at Texas Tech.
He started his coaching career as a quality control assistant on defense at North Carolina in 2011.
The Catawba, N.C. native graduated from North Carolina in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in history in sports administration.
Goodwin and his wife Mallory, live in Cincinnati.
