01/06/2012 2011 AutoZone Liberty Bowl: The Trip In PicturesPhotos from UC's week in Memphis, Tenn. for the 2011 AutoZone Liberty Bowl. Chris Spognardi is entering his first season at the University of Cincinnati, serving as an administrative assistant on head coach Butch Jones' staff. Spognardi assists Jones in the day-to-day operations of the program with specific responsibilities relating to graphic design, camp and information brochures, signage, and the many ongoing improvements to the football graphics program throughout the Richard E. Lindner Center. He joined the Bearcats staff after serving as the video coordinator at Central Michigan University in 2009. He spent the previous four seasons as a student assistant working with the offense and later a graphic designer. He earned a bachelor's degree of applied arts in sports management and marketing from CMU in 2008. He started his college career at Ashland University where he was a wide receiver in 2004 and 05. Spognardi, a native of Mansfield, Ohio, his wife Nicole and son Anthony live in Northern Kentucky.
