2006: Emerged from a heated battle in preseason to win the starting assignment at left guard...started all but one game...fifth-year senior who provided valuable leadersion to the offensive front.

2005: Served as a backup at guard...started one contest and saw action in 10 games, mostly as a member of the field goal/PAT team...earned his second letter.

2004: Backup at right tackle...saw action in six games, including the final five of the season...earned his first letter.

2003: Saw action in five of the last eight games as blocker on the field goal and PAT teams...also played at left guard.

2002: Redshirted while gaining experience playing on the offensive line. . . made the travel team for the New Orleans Bowl.

High School: First team all-state selection by the Associated Press as a senior at Henry Clay High, playing for coach Sam Simpson...helped team to a 10-4 record as both a junior and senior, advancing to the regional finals of the state tournament...two-time all-city and all-district choice...earned honorable mention academic all-state honors three times...voted team captain as a senior. . . lettered three times in football and twice in wrestling...played in the Kentucky-Tennessee All-Star game.
