This is the second year for the game, which features some of the nation's top seniors. Last year the game was played in Tempe, AZ and was called the Eastham Energy College All-Star Game.
Davis started 13 games at center in 2011, helping lead the Bearcats to a 10-3 record, BIG EAST Conference Championship and a win in the 2011 AutoZone Liberty Bowl over Vanderbilt.
Davis and his offensive line mates paved the way for a 1,000-yard rusher for the second straight season, the first time a UC team has acheived that feat in 25 years.
