CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati football team will kick off its annual spring game, presented by Fifth Third Bank, on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at noon inside Paul Brown Stadium.

The event, which wraps up the Bearcats' 15-session spring practice season, is free and open to the public and runs from noon until 2 p.m. ET. Gates C, D and E at PBS will open at 11 a.m.

UC will play its 2014 schedule downtown due to the $86-million Nippert Stadium Renovation & Expansion Project which is scheduled for completion in August 2015.

Seating will be limited to the east side of the stadium. Concession stands will be open and beer will be sold. Beer sales will cut off at 1:30 p.m. Parking for all patrons will be priced at $5 and be available in lots D, E and F. Tailgating is permitted with parking lots opening at 10 a.m.

Fans will be able to walk through the stadium to view the seats they selected during the season ticket renewal process. For those who have not yet selected seats, you will have the opportunity to walk through seating areas and view potential areas of interest. Members of the external relations team will be available in the PBS East Club Lounge to assist you.

For patrons interested in premium seating options, the PBS East Club Lounge will be open to walk through, speak to members of the external relations team, to explore premium seating locations or to simply watch the game. The club will not have food and drink service during the spring game.

Following the spring game, UC will hold a free youth football clinic on the field at PBS. It is free and open to all youth football players up to eighth grade. The youngsters will be coached by UC student-athletes and there will be an autograph session with the Bearcats following the end of the clinic. Members of the UC football staff will register clinic participants on site during the spring game.
