CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati football team’s annual public kickoff event for the 2014 season at Dave & Buster's Tri-County location has been moved to Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014 due to a late schedule change Wednesday.
The event will now run this Sunday, Aug. 24, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Dave & Buster's at the Tri-County Mall (11775 Commons Drive, Springdale, Ohio, 45246/513-671-5501). The tri-county location has served as the preferred away-game watch party location for each of the past six seasons.
The event is free and open to the public.
Select football student athletes, and members of the football staff will be on hand to address the crowd and sign autographs. Football student-athletes on hand will participate in a Q&A with the audience.
The 2014 football schedule posters will be available for all fans. The UC spirit squad and Bearcat mascot will be in attendance to greet fans, while the Bearcat Caravan will be on site with great giveaways for UC fans.

UC is nearing the end of a two-week stay at the Higher Ground Conference & Retreat Center in West Harrison, Ind., The Bearcats’ longtime preseason home. UC is scheduled to return to campus on Saturday, Aug. 23 and open the 2014 campaign against Toledo on Friday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. ET inside Paul Brown Stadium.
