CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati currently boasts 14 former student-athletes on NFL rosters. Here's how each former Bearcat performed in week seven of the 2012 NFL regular season.

OLB Connor Barwin (Houston Texans) 10/21/12 vs. Baltimore Ravens – Totaled four tackles, including three tackles for loss and his first sack of the season which resulted in a safety, as well as four quarterback hits and one pass defended in a 43-13 win. Barwin has started in each of the Texans’ seven games this season and has posted 16 tackles and three passes defended.

WR Armon Binns (Cincinnati Bengals) 10/21/12 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers – Was inactive in a 24-17 loss. Binns has played in six games this season, including five starts, and has caught 18 passes for 210 yards and one touchdown.

TE Brent Celek (Philadelphia Eagles) – Bye week. Celek has started in all six of the Eagles’ games this season and has 357 receiving yards and one touchdown.

DE Trent Cole (Philadelphia Eagles) – Bye week. Cole has started all six games this season and has totaled nine tackles and 1.5 sacks.

WR Mardy Gilyard (Philadelphia Eagles) – Bye week. Gilyard has played in five games this season and has returned two punts for 15 yards and has totaled five special teams tackles.

P Kevin Huber (Cincinnati Bengals) 10/21/12 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers – Punted six times for 311 yards, with a 51.8-yard average, a net average of 46.8 yards, and pinned one punt inside the 20-yard line in a 24-17 loss. Huber has played in all seven games this season and has punted 33 times for a 46.2-yard average and placed 14 punts inside the 20-yard line.

DT John Hughes (Cleveland Browns) 10/21/12 at Indianapolis Colts – Totaled three tackles, including one tackle for loss, in a 17-13 loss. Hughes has played in each of the Browns’ seven games this season and has tallied sixteen tackles and one sack.

T Jeff Linkenbach (Indianapolis Colts) 10/21/12 vs. Cleveland Browns – Gained his fourth start of the season at left guard in a 17-13 win. Linkenbach has seen action in all six of the Colts’ games this season.

DT Ricardo Mathews (Indianapolis Colts) 10/21/12 vs. Cleveland Browns – Made his first start of the season and tallied one tackle in a 17-13 win. Mathews has played in all six games this season and has totaled four tackles.

S Haruki Nakamura (Carolina Panthers) 10/21/12 vs. Dallas Cowboys – Totaled three tackles, including one tackle for loss, in a 19-14 loss. Nakamura has started in each of the Panthers’ six games this season and has tallied 27 tackles and one interception.

RB Isaiah Pead (St. Louis Rams) 10/21/12 vs. Green Bay Packers – Recorded one rush for one yard and one kick return for 32 yards in a 30-20 loss. Pead has played in six games this season, including one start, and has caught two passes for seven yards and returned four kicks for 93 yards.

TE Adrien Robinson (New York Giants) 10/21/12 vs. Washington Redskins – Was inactive in a 27-23 win. Robinson has seen action in two games this season.

LS Mike Windt (San Diego Chargers) – Bye week. Windt has started each of the Chargers’ six games this season.

DL Derek Wolfe (Denver Broncos) – Bye week. Wolfe has started each game this season for the Broncos and has totaled 17 tackles along with his three sacks. Wolfe’s three sacks rank third among rookie defensive lineman this season.
