CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati football team moved into the Bowl Championship Series Top-25 for the first time this season, checking in at No. 23.

The Bearcats are ranked No. 18 in the coaches' poll and No. 22 in the Harris poll, but their computer average is 24. They are the lone BIG EAST Conference team in the rankings this week.

Cincinnati (7-1, 3-0 BIG EAST) is coming off a 26-23 come-from-behind win at Pittsburgh Saturday. Kicker Tony Miliano (Cincinnati, Ohio/Elder) tied a school record with four made field goals in the win. Zach Collaros threw for 214 yards and ran for two touchdowns and Isaiah Pead rushed for 118 yards.

The Bearcats return to action on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011 against West Virginia at noon inside Paul Brown Stadium. The game will be televised nationally by ABC.
