Tropical Storm Delays Cabo Intercollegiate

CABO SAN LUCAS, Mex. - The Unviersity of Cincinnati men's golf team was unable to finish second-round play at the Cabo Intercollegaite on Monday due to a tropical storm near the Querencia Golf Club. UC and the remaining 11 teams were able to complete 13-14 holes before postponing action until Tuesday.

After first-round play Sunday, UC senior David Tepe (Liberty Township, Ohio/Lakota East) was tied for 24th-place with a 4-over 76. The Bearcats were in 12th place at 30-over par 318.

Kentucky's Will Bishop led the tournament field after 18 holes with a 2-under par 70. Mississippi led the team standings at 296.

The remaining second-round holes and final round on Tuesday starts at 11 a.m. ET. The tournament is the Bearcats' final event of the fall season.
