CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati men's soccer players Ashani Walker and Matt Remaley have been named All-Ohio for their 2013 performances. Walker was selected to the first team, while Remaley earned a spot on the second team.

Walker (Kingston, Jamaica/Jamaica College) led the Bearcats in points on the year, recording 12 on five goals and a pair of assists. The junior scored in each contest during a three-match unbeaten streak in September that included wins over Evansville and SIU Edwardsville. In the 2-1 road win at SIUE, he assisted on the equalizer in the 65th minute before scoring the extra time game-winner on a penalty kick.

Remaley (Highlands Ranch, Colo./Mountain Vista) started 18 of 19 matches on the season for UC as a key cog in the midfield. He played 1,701 of a possible 1,755 minutes on the year, second on the team. Remaley was key in helping the Bearcats post three clean sheets on the year, including a 2-0 shutout of sixth-ranked Louisville on Oct. 23.
