Bearcats Caravan Will Make Two Stops this Weekend

The UC Caravan will continue its Summer Tour with two stops this weekend. On Saturaday 8/8 the caravan will take part in the Taste of Colerain followed by Visitor Appreciation Day at the Cincinnati Zoo on 8/9.

Taste of Colerain
4 p.m.-11 p.m.

The University of Cincinnati Bearcats Caravan will make an appearance at the 20th Annual Taste of Colerain on August 8. The event is located in Colerain Township at the Colerain Government Complex on Springdale Road. The Taste of Colerain runs Friday, August 7th from 5-11pm, Saturday August 8 from 4-11pm, and Sunday August 9th from 3-9pm. Visitors will be able to sample foods from local restaurants as well as listen to live entertainment and visit booths of area businesses.

The Bearcats Caravan will be on hand with promotional material and ticket information as well as a football toss for kids in which everyone wins a prize. For more information about the Taste of Colerain visit:

Visitior Appreciation Day at Cincinnati Zoo
10 a.m.-2 p.m.

This weekend, Visitor Appreciation Day will take place at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens. This is a “Thank You” to Hamilton County for all its support. Admission as well as Parking will be half off! The Cincinnati Zoo is rated the #1 attraction in the city as well as rated #7 in by Parents Magazine in the “Top 10 Best Zoos for Kids.”

The UC Caravan will be in attendance with the football toss. Everyone who participates in the Football toss will receive a prize. Promotional information on upcoming fall sports will be available as well as any questions needed to be answered will be done so by the UC Promotional team.
