UCATS Launches Annual Renewal & Football Ticket Campaigns

March 14, 2014

CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati department of athletics and UCATS have launched its annual renewal and football season ticket renewal campaigns.

All current UCATS members and 2013 FB season ticket holders will receive renewal packets in the mail in the near future. The renewal packet includes the new UCATS membership guide, a pledge card as well as a 2014 football season tickets order form. Following the mailout of renewal information, UCATS will send out an online renewal options to all 2013 season ticket holders.

Gifts from over 5,000 UCATS members directly impact the scholarship needs of each of the University's 19 programs and serves as the primary financial support for all athletics scholarships on an annual basis. In 2013, UC made a commitment to fully fund scholarships for all of its sports programs.

"Thank you for your continued passionate support of Bearcats student-athletes through your generous membership in UCATS," Director of Athletics Mike Bohn said. "It is through your personal gift that we can provide talented student-athletes with a transformational experience as a Bearcat. Your donation will continue to allow our student-athletes the ability to reach their highest academic potential while giving them the competitive advantage to succeed in national intercollegiate athletics competition."

Memberships in UCATS start for as little as $50 and can be applied to priority seating for football and men's basketball.

Once again, UCATS is asking its donors to give 110% in 2014. UCATS members who give an extra 10% to their annual UCATS donation in 2014 will receive a special campaign gift.

The priority deadline for 2014-15 pledge commitments is set for March 30.

Due to the $86-million Nippert Stadium Renovation & Expansion Project, UC will play all six of its football home games downtown at Paul Brown Stadium in 2014.

All 2013 FB season tickets holders will have a designated day and time included with their renewals for which they can personally select their 2014 seating locations at PBS. The customer service team is also available to help with general membership renewal questions such as incentives, parking, program specific giving and more. Appointment days and time will be determined by overall UCATS priority points level.

Season ticket holders will be asked to make a $50.00 deposit per season ticket and then complete payment once they select their season tickets. Convenient payment plans will also be made available.

Special incentives will be awarded to all 2013 football season ticket holders who renew all their season ticket quantities, including:

  • Double the UCATS Priority Points in 2014
  • Top priority to purchase tickets for the Bearcats contest at Ohio State
  • Two (2) complimentary club seats to a game of their choice at PBS
  • Special reduced price bowl tickets

"Your UCATS gift is critical to the ongoing growth and development of our program and our goals of athletic championships and academic success," Bohn said. "We look forward to your continued participation in the UCATS family."
