UCATS Announces 2013 Campaign
The University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics is preparing to launch its 2013 UCATS campaign, ahead of what will surely be an exciting time in the history of UC Athletics.
The annual UCATS Membership Guide and football season ticket renewal packages will be shipped out to current donors and season ticket holders in the coming week (Mid-February), and will provide an in depth look into all participation opportunities within UC Athletics.
Additionally, the Bearcats are excited to announce the "110% Campaign", which is new to the athletic department in 2013. All UCATS donors are encouraged to give 10% more than they did during the 2012 campaign; all new members are also encouraged to join UCATS at the $110 dollar level, as opposed to the traditional entry level donation of $100.
"Every one of our 547 student-athletes here at UC are expected to give 110% in competition, in the classroom and in the community," said Jeff Smith, Associate Athletics Director of Development & Ticket Operations. "As the cost of maintaining successful collegiate athletic programs continues to escalate, we are asking all UCATS members, the heart and soul of UC Athletics, to support our student-athletes by giving 110% back to them."
All UCATS renewal forms will have the option to donate either the minimum required amount or the "110% amount." Donors who participate will receive special campaign gifts and will be registered to win one of many unique Bearcats experiences and prizes, including an autographed Oscar Robertson Basketball, an exclusive football experience, an exclusive basketball experience, lunch with Director of Athletics Whit Babcock and a limited edition Nippert Stadium panoramic photo.
Any donors wishing to contribute specifically to individual sports will once again have the option to do so through program specific giving clubs, which can be found here.
