Michelle Lipka, golf professional at Four Bridges Country Club since 2005 was added to the Cincinnati Women's Golf coaching staff in 2011.

Lipka was the varsity golf coach at Mason High School from 2008 to 2011. She also has experience as a golf professional at both Bel-Wood and Kenwood Country Club, as well as being the club manager at Bel-Wood Country Club for five years.

Lipka was a Kentucky State High School Individual Champion in 1982. She then went on to Florida International University where she was a member of the Division I women's golf team from 1983 to 1985. She advanced to the NCAA National Championships in the 1984-1985 season.

In 1987, she was a member of the LPGA Qualifying school as well as the Futures Tour. Lipka was the Southern Ohio PGA Women's Champion in 1999 and 2006.
