PROVIDENCE, R.I. - University of Cincinnati senior women's golfer Bambee Dela Paz (Caloocan City, Philippines/Miriam College) earned her second straight all-BIG EAST Conference honor, the league announced on Friday (April 29).
Dela Paz led the Bearcats in scoring average, posting a 76.9 per round in 2010-11. She won her third career individual medalist honor with a first-place finish at the UC Fall Invitational in Sept. and posted three Top 10 finishes this season.
The native of the Philippines finished her career with a 77.3 scoring average over 117 rounds and 15 Top 10 finishes. She placed in the Top 10 twice in her career at the BIG EAST Championships and was twice named all-BIG EAST.
Louisville's Sara-Maude Juneau earned her second-straight BIG EAST Player of the Year honor while St. John's freshman Harin Lee earned Freshman of the Year honors and Notre Dame head coach Susan Holt was named Coach of the Year.
