CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati women's golf team will kick off the 2013 fall season this weekend at the IU Fall Kick Off hosted by Indiana University. The Bearcats will participate in the second day of the tournament on Sunday, September 8.

The tournament field consist of golfers from 10 different schools all teeing off at the Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind. The par 72 course measures 6,631 yards.

Cincinnati will participate in the second day of the event, completing 36 holes. Sunday's shotgun start is set to start at 8:30 a.m.

The Bearcats capped off last season with a fourth-place finish at the BIG EAST Championship, the highest finish at the tournament since also placing fourth in 2010. UC will be taking the course this season without their top finisher at the conference championship as Alex Carl, who placed fifth overall, graduated last spring.
