CINCINNATI – University of Cincinnati women’s lacrosse senior attack Katie Kiriazoglou (Abingdon, Md./John Carroll) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday after her performance over the weekend against Villanova and Rutgers.

Kiriazoglou scored six points, including four goals, as the Bearcats went 1-1 last week. She scored a game-high three goals against the Scarlet Knights, and her final shot hit the back of the cage with just 18.5 seconds to play, lifting UC over Rutgers, 9-8, for its first BIG EAST victory in program history.

Kiriazoglou leaves UC as the all-time leader in seven statistical categories, including most points in a single game (eight) and total assists in an individual career (68).
