Tiffany Roberts, former player at Santa Clara University, joined the University of Cincinnati women's soccer staff as a volunteer coach in 2010. She was elevated to full-time assistant coach in 2011.
Roberts, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, was a four-year starter at Santa Clara where she received a degree in Communications. As a team captain, Roberts led the Broncos to four NCAA College Cup appearances, including the 2004 Final Four.
During her collegiate career, Roberts earned numerous accolades. She was named to the Soccer Buzz West Region All-Freshman team and an honorable mention All-West Coach Conference honoree. As a sophomore she was an honorable mention All-WCC selection and was named to Soccer America's and Soccer Buzz's Elite teams. Her junior season, Roberts earned All-WCC second team honors.
Roberts was named to the McDonald's All-American team in 2003, as well as being invited to play in the McDonald's All-America game. She was a member of the Arizona State Olympic Developmental team from 1998-2002 and a Region IV team member In 2001 and 2002.
Roberts has earned a United States Soccer Federation 'D' License, and she currently serves as the Associate Director of Coaching and Club Manager for the U15-U18 Girls at Hammer FC where she also coaches the U18 and U16 age groups.
