DAYTON, Ohio---The Cincinnati women?s soccer team wrapped up its spring season on Saturday at Wright State and concluded the day with a pair of ties.

The Bearcats opened the first of two 30-minute half matches by tying the Raiders, 1-1. Amy Mink scored the match?s lone goal, firing in a rebound of her own shot early in the second half. Mink had taken a beautiful feed from Erin Cain and ripped a shot towards Wright State?s keeper who made the save, but deflected it right to Mink who put away the second chance. Wright State scored the equalizer with five minutes remaining, knocking in a ball off of a free kick.
In the finale, Cincinnati played the Ohio Elite Club team to a scoreless tie.

?It was a beautiful day at a nice facility and I think that set the tone for the day,? said Bearcat head coach Meridy Glenn. ?We finished the day playing soccer the way we wanted to play all spring and I think the coaching staff felt good about it. We definitely created some scoring opportunities in both matches, but we just couldn?t finish.?

Junior Tracy Hale played all of both matches in goal for Cincinnati, yielding just one goal in 60 minutes of action.
