The University of Cincinnati is proud to release its fall sports promotion schedule for Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, and Women’s Volleyball for the week of August 30th.
To kick off the week, the UC Men’s Soccer team will host rival Dayton on Wednesday, September 1 at 7pm. This will be the Battle of I-75 game and feature $1 tickets for everyone. The Kid’s Zone will be running from 6-6:30pm at Getter Stadium where children can participate in activities like banner-making and getting UC tattoos.
On Friday, September 3, UC Fans can catch a UC Women’s Soccer game at 7pm at Gettler Stadium or a UC Volleyball game at 7:30pm at Fifth Third Arena. For the Women’s Soccer game, all youth groups of 10 or more will be just $1 per person. The Kid’s Zone will be running from 6-6:30pm as well to celebrate Youth Soccer Weekend. The first 250 people at the UC Volleyball game will receive a free UC Pom-pom to help cheer on the Bearcats!
As part of the Bearcat Invitational being hosted at Fifth Third Arena, the UC Volleyball team will play two games on Saturday, September 4. Both games are part of BEARCAT SPIRIT DAY where fans are encouraged to wear their wackiest and craziest UC outfits. Their first is at 12:30pm against James Madison followed by a match vs. Murray State at 7:30pm.
To round out the weekend, both the Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams plays back to back on Sunday, September 5. The UC Women host Western Michigan at 1pm. Players and coaches will sign autographs following the conclusion of the game. After the UC Women’s Soccer team plays, the UC Men’s Soccer team will take the field at 3:30pm vs. Detroit. This is the Soccer Camper Reunion night and will feature an autograph session after the game. Fans can take advantage of reduced concession prices on soda, water, hot dogs, peanuts, pretzels and popcorn at both the Men’s and Women’s Soccer games on September 5.
Ticket prices are just $5 for adults, $3 for youth and $1 for groups of 10 or more for all volleyball and soccer games. For the complete list of games, visit the UC Volleyball Schedule
