Setting the Scene:
• Cincinnati continues a three-match homestand with contests versus Eastern Kentucky (7 p.m. Friday) and Nebraska (1 p.m. Sunday), both at Gettler Stadium.

Series Histories:
• The Bearcats and Colonels have played once all-time with Cincinnati defeating EKU 3-2 on Sept. 13, 2009 in Richmond, Ky. UC senior forward Julie Morrissey produced five points with an assist and two goals, including the game-winner with three seconds remaining in regulation.
• Cincinnati and Nebraska will face off for the first time on Sunday.

Greer Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll:
• Junior midfielder Kate Greer was named to the BIG EAST Conference Honor Roll on Monday for her performance against Northeastern Aug. 26.
• Greer produced her first-career goal, a game-winner with 1:13 left in double overtime that lifted the Bearcats to a 2-1 win.
• Greer finished the match with a single-game career best of four shot attempts.
• Greer is the second Bearcat to earn conference accolades in 2012 after freshman forward Laura Rose was named the BIG EAST Conference Rookie of the Week on Aug. 20.

• Freshman Laura Rose is tied for sixth in the BIG EAST in shot attempts per game with a 4.00 average.
• With three goals, Rose is tied for second in the conference.
• Greer and freshman Callie Taylor are each tied for fifth in the leage with two assists.
• After finishing second in the BIG EAST in total saves last season, sophomore goalkeeper Kristina Utley leads the conference in saves per game with a 5.67 average.

• The Bearcats will travel to Colorado for a pair of matches in the Denver University Invitational.
